2 Outpatient Consultations & Appointments

General OPD consultations operate Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Online Booking: Submitting an online appointment booking request sends your information to our reception scheduling desk. Final confirmation is communicated via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Emergency Cases: Acute ophthalmic trauma and obstetric labor cases receive immediate priority over routine scheduled outpatient visits.
Punctuality: Patients are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete necessary vital checks and registration.

3 Informed Consent for Surgical Procedures

All surgical and invasive interventions—such as sutureless micro-incision Phaco cataract surgery, premium foldable IOL implantation, cesarean delivery (LSCS), laparoscopic gynecological surgery, and IUI fertility cycles—require prior written, informed consent signed by the patient and/or legal guardian following detailed pre-operative counseling regarding benefits, risks, and recovery expectations.

4 Hospital Environment & Sterility Protocols

To maintain strict clinical asepsis and safeguard vulnerable patients (including newborns and post-operative eye surgery patients):

Entry into the modular Operation Theater suite, Labor & Delivery Suite, and Infertility Lab is strictly restricted to authorized medical and nursing staff.
Inpatient rooms permit one primary attendant to stay with the patient. Visitors must follow visiting hours and hygiene guidelines.
Photography or videography inside clinical areas and consultation rooms without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5 Billing, Payments & Cashless Mediclaim

Hospital fee structures and surgical packages are communicated transparently prior to planned admissions or procedures:

We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
For cashless insurance hospitalization (Star Health Insurance, Care Health Insurance, Bajaj Allianz, and recognized TPAs), policy documents and original government ID cards must be presented at our insurance desk during admission.
Insurance pre-authorization and final claim approval are subject to terms set by your insurance provider.

6 Emergency Services

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or hospital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nanded, Maharashtra, India.
